Until the launch of Rhiemeier MSA, Flo was in charge of Marketing and Design of Vista Sport GmbH for brands as Smith Optics / AND1 / SOS / Nike ACG and Orage for over ten years.
In addition to his work in Marketing and Sales he is also the Team Manager of the European Smith Optics Team and responsible for not only his riders but also the organization of shootings, events and trips as well as the constant scouting for young talents.
